Calling Agent (Female)- International

We are looking for Female Calling Agents for our client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to international clients/customers to promote products or services.
• Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain call records, update CRM systems, and follow up on leads.
• Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets.
• Ensure professional communication and maintain a positive brand image.
• Collaborate with the team to improve call quality and conversion rates.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Fresh to 2 years of experience in international calling, telemarketing, or customer support is an advantage.
