Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Chinese‑Speaking Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in Mandarin and English, a solid understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market, and a proven ability to build relationships with international clients, particularly Chinese-speaking investors and buyers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and manage a pipeline of Chinese-speaking clients
• Provide expert guidance on Abu Dhabi real estate opportunities, market trends, and investment strategies
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
• Build long-term relationships with clients and deliver exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient deal processes
• Stay updated on real estate regulations, market developments, and new project launches

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
• Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in the UAE
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
• Additional languages are an advantage
