CSR

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our US Campaign. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in handling international customers, and the ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment. This role requires managing customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for US-based customers.
• Provide accurate information regarding products/services.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Record customer interactions and update data in CRM systems.
• Follow company scripts, processes, and compliance standards.
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets (KPIs).
• Coordinate with internal teams when required.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & listening)
• Strong call handling and customer dealing skills
• Ability to work in a night shift (US timings)
• Experience in a call center or US campaign preferred
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in a call center (US campaign preferred)
• Fresh candidates with excellent English communication skills may also apply
