Job Description:

We are looking for 2 Female Customer Service Representatives to join our Aesthetics Lab–based call center. The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally
• Provide information related to aesthetics lab services
• Maintain customer records
• Ensure excellent customer experience

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or call center
• Fluent English communication (must)
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
• Confident, presentable, and professional
