Customer Support Executive

Designation: Customer Care Executive (Warehouse)
Location: Icchapore, Surat, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

• Address customers with issues like expired products, damaged boxes, late deliveries, and logistics problems.
• Resolve complaints related to late deliveries and transportation logistics.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and effective solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams for quick resolution of problems.

Qualifications:

• Freshers or experience candidates who have worked in warehouse or logistics industries are welcome.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary: Upto 20k inhand + PF+ ESI + Lunch
