Customer Support Executive

We are looking for an incredible resource who can do wonders in the world of Client Support with their strong customer centric attitude. For this role, you will be expected to handle a diverse range of customer queries through written and verbal communication while also proactively reaching out to potential customers, pitching IT hardware and IT solutions, and generating sales opportunities.

Location: Lahore

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customers professionally, providing information about products and services
• Make outbound cold calls to potential customers and generate leads
• Pitch and promote IT hardware and IT solutions effectively
• Maintain records of customer interactions, complaints, and transactions
• Follow up to ensure timely resolution of customer requests
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support sales growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Customer support and/or sales experience preferred
• Must be flexible to work in shifts
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong cold calling and sales pitching abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel and MS Word)
• Collaborative mindset with a customer-first approach
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to explain technical (IT hardware & solutions) concepts in a simple manner

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
