Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive Female to manage and assist customers from the UK market. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via calls, emails, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information about products/services to UK-based customers.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Meet KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in customer support or a similar role (UK market experience is a plus).
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in UK time zone shifts.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with UK customer behavior and communication style.
- Experience with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or HubSpot.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
