Customer Support Executive Female

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive Female to manage and assist customers from the UK market. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via calls, emails, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services to UK-based customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
  • Meet KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience in customer support or a similar role (UK market experience is a plus).
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in UK time zone shifts.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with UK customer behavior and communication style.
  • Experience with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or HubSpot.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
