Digital Marketing Designer

Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities

Digital Design & Content Creation (70%)

• Design engaging social media graphics and campaigns for LinkedIn, industry portals, and corporate platforms.
• Create digital ads for online publications and trade websites.
• Develop email templates, newsletters, website banners, landing pages, and digital brochures.
• Design infographics, presentations, and technical data visualizations for engineering content.
• Produce digital signage, short videos, and motion graphics for corporate communication.

Print & Office Communications (30%)

• Develop internal communication posters, safety campaign material, and engagement content.
• Design corporate brochures, flyers, event branding materials, and trade show collateral.
• Create stationery, business cards, letterheads, and office branding elements.

Industry-Specific Expectations

• Strong understanding of EPCC project lifecycles & Oil & Gas industry terminology.
• Ability to translate technical engineering concepts into visually compelling designs.
• Experience with industrial photography & on-site documentation.
• Familiarity with safety standards (PPE, compliance branding, HSE communication).

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication or equivalent
• 3–5 years professional design experience (preferably in Oil & Gas / EPCC / Industrial sector).
• Strong portfolio with digital + corporate design work.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Experience with video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS (for email marketing templates).
• Experience with Figma, Canva, and CMS tools.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and SEO principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
