We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), AI engine optimization, and paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, hands-on experience, and a proven track record of delivering measurable growth through digital channels.
Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals

Execute advanced SEO strategies including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve organic traffic

Optimize content and digital assets for AEO to enhance visibility in featured snippets, voice search, and AI-driven search engines

Implement AI engine optimization techniques to ensure brand presence across emerging AI platforms and search interfaces

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, particularly Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max)

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking using industry tools

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics; generate actionable insights and reports

Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies

Continuously test, measure, and improve campaign performance to achieve ROI targets
Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in BBA, MBA, BS Computer Science, or equivalent

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing

Strong expertise in SEO, AEO, AI-based search optimization, and Google Ads

Demonstrated experience in driving measurable results and achieving KPIs

Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, ScreamingFrog, or similar platforms

Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user experience principles

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
