E-Commerce Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage orders from Shopify, WhatsApp, Instagram, and marketplaces
• Conduct order confirmation calls and address verification
• Coordinate with courier partners and monitor deliveries
• Handle customer queries, complaints, refunds, and exchanges
• Reconcile COD, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, bank transfers, and online payments
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with warehouse/production teams
• Generate operational reports and track key e-commerce KPIs
• Maintain Shopify product listings, pricing, and inventory

Requirements

2+ years of e-commerce operations experience
Hands-on experience with Shopify
Strong understanding of Pakistan's e-commerce and COD environment
Experience dealing with courier companies (TCS, Leopards, Trax, Rider, etc.)
Strong Excel/reporting skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
