Title: Education Operations Manager (Admissions & Growth)
Location: The Regal Tower, Business Bay Dubai

Reports to: Founder

About Us

We are an education services company in Dubai focused on distance and online degree programs and fast-track pathways across BA, BCom, BBA, MBA, MCom and related programs. We work in collaboration with Mangalayatan University to guide working professionals and fresh graduates into flexible, outcome-driven programs—including one-year MBA options—delivered via online and blended formats.

Mission: Build and run the end-to-end engine—from lead gen to paid admissions—by hiring a small, high-output team and installing clear SOPs.

You will

  • Hire, train, and manage 2–4 admissions counselors + 1 field activation exec.
  • Own the marketing mix (Meta/Google/YouTube + on-ground activations, partnerships).
  • Run the sales funnel in Zoho (stages, cadences, SLAs, dashboards).
  • Hit monthly admissions targets and improve CPA month-on-month.
  • Set up weekly rhythms: performance review, training, campaign optimizations, events.

90-day targets

  • Month 1: ≥ 10 admissions
  • Month 2: ≥ 25 admissions
  • Month 3: ≥ 40 admissions

What you’ve done

  • 2–6 years in online/distance education admissions.
  • Led teams delivering 20–50+ admissions/month.

Compensation

  • Salary + Incentive
  • Team override: Percentage on team incentives
  • Quarterly bonus: on hitting goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
