We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Arabic-speaking female Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong secretarial background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to implement modern administrative practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level secretarial support to the MD including encoding correspondences, reports, and documents.
  • Handle and screen incoming calls and visitors, ensuring professional and courteous communication.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Follow up with various departments, companies, and individuals on pending documents and tasks as requested by the MD.
  • Coordinate with the Administration team for arrangements and follow-ups as per MD’s instructions.
  • Manage all inward and outward correspondence of the MD’s office to ensure timely and accurate receipt and dispatch.
  • Set up and maintain confidential filing systems for the MD’s office correspondence and documents.
  • Collect reports from various departments and compile consolidated reports for the MD.
  • Prioritize and follow through on issues and concerns, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates.
  • Implement new administrative practices and streamline office procedures for efficiency.
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
  • Proficiently use MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a secretarial or executive assistant role, preferably supporting senior leadership.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Experience in implementing modern office practices and systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,300.00 per month
