Key Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in business administration from a reputable institute (Marketing will be preferred).

Experience: 1-5 years in Sales Planning Business Development.
Strategic Responsibilities:
 Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals (4Ps, segmentation, targeting, consumer behavior)
 Sales skills: prospecting, negotiation, closing deals, managing accounts
 BD mindset: ability to identify opportunities, build partnerships, growth-oriented thinking
 Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
 Analytical skills for market research, data-driven decision-making
 Ability to work cross-functionally (marketing + sales + operations)
