Principal Accountabilities

Executive Support: Manage the General Manager’s calendar, arrange meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and handle confidential correspondence.

Document Management: Draft, review, and format official documents, presentations, and reports to ensure accuracy and professionalism.

Communication & Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely responses and effective communication.

Office Administration: Maintain records, filing systems, and databases; oversee office supplies and logistics for meetings and events.

Travel & Logistics: Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation, and related documentation for the General Manager and visitors.

Confidentiality & Compliance: Ensure sensitive information is handled with the highest level of confidentiality and aligned with company policies.

Follow-Up & Monitoring: Track pending issues, ensure deadlines are met, and prepare periodic status updates for the General Manager.

Support to Department: Provide administrative support to the Equipment Operations team when required, facilitating smooth inter-departmental workflow.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration, Office Management, or related field

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Arabic preferred).
