Finance Executive | Job

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, support monthly closing, and assist in reporting and compliance. This role requires strong coordination with internal departments and excellent command of bookkeeping and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries (sales, purchases, expenses) in accounting software
• Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable (invoices, payments, follow-ups)
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and resolve variances
• Handle petty cash, cash records, and supporting documentation
• Assist in monthly closing, preparation of reports, and ledger reconciliation
• Maintain vendor/customer ledgers and ensure proper approvals and filing
• Support finance manager in budgeting, expense tracking, and variance analysis
• Assist in compliance tasks (withholding tax/sales tax filings if applicable)
• Maintain organized financial records for audits (internal/external)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce (B.Com/BBA)
• 1–3 years relevant experience in Accounts/Finance
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles (AP/AR/GL)
• Good command of MS Excel (reports, formulas, reconciliation sheets)
• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks / SAP / Oracle / Tally / Zoho etc.) is a plus
• Good communication, coordination, and time management skills
• High level of integrity and confidentiality

Preferred (Plus Points)

• Experience in restaurant/retail or multi-branch operations
• Knowledge of tax documentation and audit support
• Ability to handle pressure during month-end closing

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
