We are actively hiring an experienced Freight Broker for our operations department. If you have a strong command of data entry, load creation and accuracy in handling logistics operations as tracking and tracing, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and secure freight loads from shippers and clients
• Negotiate competitive rates with carriers and customers
• Build and maintain relationships with carriers and clients
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
• Resolve any issues related to shipments or delays

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of logistics/supply chain is a plus
• Sales-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
