Logistics Coordinator (Last Mile & Mid Mile Operations) - EST hours

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage last-mile and mid-mile delivery operations for North American clients. This is a fast-paced, operations-heavy role requiring strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and real-time decision-making.

You will be responsible for coordinating deliveries, managing drivers, handling dispatch operations, and ensuring service-level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee last-mile and mid-mile delivery operations
• Dispatch drivers and monitor routes in real-time
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and partners in fluent English
• Resolve delivery issues, delays, and exceptions quickly
• Optimize routes and schedules for efficiency
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and tracking data
• Ensure all deliveries meet company KPIs and service standards
• Work closely with North American clients and internal teams

Requirements

• Fluent in English (spoken and written) – mandatory
• Ability to work night shifts (EST hours)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
• Basic understanding of logistics, dispatch, or delivery operations (preferred)
• Proficient with computers, spreadsheets, and tracking systems
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to make quick decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in last-mile delivery, trucking, or logistics operations
• Familiarity with dispatch software or route planning tools
• Experience working with North American clients or time zones
