Responsibilities:
- Lead all financial planning, forecasting, and analysis activities to support business objectives.
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, cash flow management and treasury functions.
- Implement financial controls to ensure regulatory compliance and high integrity of financial data.
- Manage tax planning, audit processes, and relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
- Partner with the CEO and senior management to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
- Corporate compliances with SECP.
- Monitor Income tax and sales tax filling.
- Manage insurance matters
- Mentor, lead, and build a high‑performing finance team; ensure talent development, staffing, and supervision of direct reports.
Requirements:
- CA Finalist, ACCA, ACMA Qualified
- Proven experience (10+ years) in senior financial leadership roles, preferably as CFO or Head of Accounts & Finance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills & Competencies
- Strategic thinking and business acumen; ability to translate financial data into actionable business decisions.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills; able to collaborate across functions and present to stakeholders (Board).
- Experience in Pharmaceutical / Manufacturing is a plus.
- Proven track record preparing financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations.
