Position Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Head of Business Development to lead our business growth strategy in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in the construction and fit-out industry, with a strong network of client relationships, consultants, and developers in the region.

The Head of Business Development will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new market opportunities, building long-term client partnerships, and positioning the company as a leading player in the fit-out and contracting sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in construction and fit-out projects across the UAE.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, developers, consultants, architects, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Lead bid management, tender submissions, and contract negotiations to maximize win rates.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align business development initiatives with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.
  • Oversee the preparation of proposals, presentations, and commercial offers with a strong focus on client needs.
  • Work closely with project, design, and finance teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution after contract award.
  • Mentor and lead the business development team to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 18 years of experience in the UAE, with proven expertise in business development within the construction and fit-out industry.
  • Established network of clients, consultants, and developers across the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of project tendering, commercial negotiations, and contract structures.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to build and inspire a high-performing team.
  • High level of business acumen, negotiation skills, and market awareness.
