  About This Opportunity
  
 The Head of Planning Practice plays a strategic role in overseeing and optimizing the planning activities for Networks Build projects. This involves developing processes, methodologies, and strategies that ensure efficient project planning, seamless delivery, and alignment with business objectives. The role bridges technical planning, stakeholder management, and operational excellence to deliver high-quality telecom network infrastructure on time and within budget.
 
  What You Will Do
  
- 
   Lead the planning function for all Networks Build projects.
  
- 
   Develop and continuously refine planning methodologies, best practices, and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  
- 
   Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial teams to align plans with execution requirements.
  
- 
   Manage capacity planning, resource allocation, work sequencing, and critical path scheduling.
  
- 
   Oversee demand forecasting, build program timelines, and risk analysis.
  
- 
   Drive the adoption of digital planning tools.
  
- 
   Mentor and develop planning teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  
- 
   Report progress and forecast to senior leadership, highlighting risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
   
 
 
The Skills You Will Bring
- 
   Education: M.SC, MBA or equivalent through experience
  
- 
   Min years of experience: 10 Years
  
- 
   Domain experience: Network Rollout
  
- 
   Deep understanding of Service Delivery process, models, and strategy
  
- 
   Customer and market insight
  
- 
   Excellent Social and communication skills
  
- 
   Adhering to principles and values
  
- 
   Leading, supervising, and responding to change in a high pace environment.
  
- 
   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivery.
