Head Operations & Compliance

We are seeking a highly experienced, result-oriented professional with a strong Business Growth Mindset to lead and oversee company-wide operations, compliance, and strategic execution. Experience Required ✅ Minimum 10 Years of Relevant Experience ✅ Preference will be given to candidates from the Real Estate Industry ✅ Proven leadership experience in managing multiple departments and projects Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Business Growth • Drive organizational growth and operational excellence. • Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company objectives. • Ensure achievement of revenue, profitability, and expansion targets. Operations & Project Management • Oversee all company projects from planning to execution. • Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards. • Monitor project performance, risk management, and resource utilization. Compliance & Corporate Governance • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and corporate requirements. • Develop SOPs, policies, internal controls, and governance frameworks. • Conduct compliance audits and process improvement initiatives. Administration & HR Management • Lead Administration, Human Resources, and Support Functions. • Establish performance management systems and KPIs. • Develop organizational structures and workforce planning strategies. Financial Management • Monitor budgets, cash flows, cost controls, and financial performance. • Coordinate with finance teams for strategic financial planning and reporting. • Support investment analysis and business decision-making. ERP & Systems Management • Lead ERP implementation, optimization, and digital transformation initiatives. • Ensure efficient utilization of technology for business operations and reporting. Pay: From Rs80,000.00 per month

• Wah Cantt. Gpo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

• sales & Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
