Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Admin Executive to manage client arrangements and handle day-to-day administrative activities. The candidate should have good communication skills and a valid driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage client visit arrangements including:

o Client pickup and drop coordination

o Arranging welcome board and hospitality

o Organizing tea, coffee, snacks, and lunch

 Coordinate internal communication for client visits

 Handle general administrative tasks and office management

 Maintain office records and documentation

 Coordinate with vendors and service providers

 Support management in daily administrative activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Graduate in any discipline

 Good communication and interpersonal skills

 Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

 Good coordination and organizational skills

 Valid driving license (mandatory)

 Professional and presentable personality

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Pursuing or completed B.com, BA (English), MBA HR

Stipend: As per company policy Opportunity:

  • Practical exposure to end-to-end HR & Admin functions
  • Certificate / performance-based extension (if applicable)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
