Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Admin Executive to manage client arrangements and handle day-to-day administrative activities. The candidate should have good communication skills and a valid driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client visit arrangements including:
o Client pickup and drop coordination
o Arranging welcome board and hospitality
o Organizing tea, coffee, snacks, and lunch
Coordinate internal communication for client visits
Handle general administrative tasks and office management
Maintain office records and documentation
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Support management in daily administrative activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Good coordination and organizational skills
Valid driving license (mandatory)
Professional and presentable personality
Eligibility Criteria:
