HR Coordinator - Recruitment & Candidate Engagement

We are looking for a proactive HR Coordinator to support our recruitment team, drive candidate engagement, and help streamline the hiring process. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of HR experience who is eager to grow into a recruitment role.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Recruitment Coordination: Manage job postings, candidate scheduling, and interview logistics to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • ATS Management: Maintain and update candidate profiles and application statuses, ensuring data is accurate and organized.
  • Candidate Engagement: Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial screening to job offer.
  • Video Profiles & Interviews: Facilitate video interviews and assist candidates in creating video profiles.
  • Form & Data Management: Create and manage forms, track recruitment data, and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Recruitment Marketing: Support employer branding by creating compelling job ads and recruitment materials.
