HR Executive

Job description:

Role and responsibilities

  • Management and implementation of HR policies
  • Must have knowledge of payroll software (Paypeople or relevant)
  • Involvement in the hiring process
  • General management and HR related tasks, within the organization and as well as with external organizations
  • Assist in recruitment process by collaborating hiring manager, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Process payroll for all employees accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies, identifying training needs through performance evaluations and feedback.
  • Assist in development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and Guidelines

Qualification and Experience:

-MBA/MHRM

-Minimum 02 years experience

Timing and Days:

Mon to Fri ( 9 AM to 6 PM)

Flexible after confirmation.

Location: Near Mall Road Lahore.
