8 PM(Leading towards Job)
As an HR Intern at AESOM, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in various aspects of human resources. This internship will provide exposure to Technical Recruitment, and HR operations and contribute to the overall goals of the HR department.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and job postings.
  • Source candidates through online platforms, university career centers, and other channels.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communication.
  • Participate in interviews and provide feedback.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions,
  • Assist with offboarding activities, including exit interviews and documentation
  • HR Administration.
  • Maintain HR records and databases.
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and HR policies.

Assist in organizing and maintaining employee personnel files.

Respond to employee inquiries and assist in resolving HR-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
