Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HSE Consultant – Telesales / Sales Representative to join our Islamabad office. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for promoting our HSE consulting and training services, engaging potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the sales lifecycle from initial contact to deal closure — all while leveraging your knowledge of HSE standards and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to generate leads and promote HSE services (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, NEBOSH/IOSH trainings, audits, etc.)
  • Identify potential clients, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate solutions based on BGMC's service portfolio
  • Develop client proposals, presentations, and service quotations
  • Maintain and update CRM tools with prospect and client interactions
  • Support business development efforts by organizing webinars, awareness sessions, and marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with the technical consulting team to ensure accurate service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Stay updated on industry trends, local HSE regulations, and international standards (e.g., ISO, NEBOSH, IOSH)
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients, ensuring follow-through and long-term engagement

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in telesales, business development, or client servicing — preferably in the HSE or consulting sector
  • Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and HSE compliance frameworks is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu (verbal & written)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM systems

Preferred Background:

  • Experience working with HSE training institutes, ISO certification bodies, or QHSE consulting firms
  • Prior work experience at firms like Velosi, SGS, APEX, or Bureau Veritas will be considered a strong asset
  • Sales or telesales background with a technical understanding of HSE concepts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
