We are looking for an HSE Supervisor to be assigned to our Data Center project located in the Ümraniye – Dudullu Organized Industrial Zone.

• Graduated from Engineering Faculties, preferably with a four-year degree in Occupational Health and Safety or at least a two-year degree in Occupational Health and Safety Technician programs,
• Holds at least one of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security-approved A, B, or C class certificates,
• Preferably with a minimum of 5-7 years experience of construction (electrical-mechanical mostly)
• Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical LOTO procedures.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),
• Strong communication, leadership, and reporting skills,
• Knowledgeable about legislation and international standards,
• Military service completed or exempt,
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours,
• Experience in live industrial facilities is an asset.

Job Description

• Monitor and ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, and standards,
• Inspect and report on work areas,
• Prepare emergency plans and oversee their implementation,
• Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and near misses,
• Supervise and coordinate HSE inspectors,
• Participate in risk assessment and job hazard analysis activities and provide improvement suggestions,
• Follow work permit system processes,
• Manage HSE teams under their responsibility.
