Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in organizing and maintaining employee records.
  • Support in recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and reviewing resumes.
  • Help with preparing HR-related documents (e.g., contracts, letters, reports).
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Support in tracking attendance and leave records.
  • Help in coordinating training sessions and employee development programs.
  • Assist in responding to employee inquiries and requests.
  • Support in maintaining HR systems and updating employee data.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure HR policies are followed.
  • Assist in preparing reports related to HR metrics.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources.
