Job Position: Import Officer

Location: Maymar, Karachi

Salary Range: PKR 55,000 – 60,000

Job Summary:

BNB is looking for a professional and proactive Import Officer - Male. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of import processes, trade finance, and international logistics to manage the end‑to‑end import operations.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Manage the complete import shipment process from order placement to final clearance.

2. Prepare and review import documents including Invoice, Bill of Lading/Air Waybill (BL/AWB), Packing List, Certificate of Origin (COO), and Insurance.

3. Coordinate with banks for Letter of Credit (LC) opening, amendments, and DP/TT transactions.

4. Liaise with international suppliers to arrange shipment schedules and documentation.

5. Coordinate with freight forwarders and clearing agents to ensure timely clearance.

6. Monitor Estimated Time of Arrival (ETAs) and provide regular shipment status updates to management.

7. Maintain organized records of all import files and shipment tracking reports.

Education/Experience:Diploma or Bachelors in Supply Chain Management/Business Administration or any other related field

1.5 - 2 years of relevant experience.Knowledge of of MS Office and other operating Software.

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
