Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Karachi Division. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing product and service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer calls and emails, troubleshooting problems, and escalating complex issues as needed. The role requires maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, coordinating with other departments, and following up on customer requests in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions efficiently.
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer service software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs115,000.00 per month
