About the Role

RE/MAX Smart Concept Real Estate is appointing a single International Senior Real Estate Advisor to operate from Abu Dhabi, focused exclusively on high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth international investors.

This is a strategic, advisory-level role, not a retail brokerage position and not designed for volume-based sales.

We are seeking a proven international closer with the ability to structure, manage, and close cross-border real estate transactions while building long-term investor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and close high-value international real estate transactions
  • Develop and manage relationships with HNWI and UHNWI investors
  • Represent RE/MAX Smart Concept at an executive advisory level
  • Structure and manage transactions within regulated real estate environments
  • Handle long-cycle negotiations with discretion and professionalism
  • Position Abu Dhabi as a strategic global real estate investment destination

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Proven track record of closing international real estate transactions
  • Demonstrated experience working with HNWI and UHNWI investors
  • Established and active international investor network
  • Consistent, documented transaction performance
  • Strong understanding of structured and regulated real estate markets
  • Advanced communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Preferred Background

  • Experience in international brokerage or investment advisory
  • Exposure to markets such as GCC, UK, Europe, or Asia
  • Experience handling high-value transactions and investor portfolios
  • Strong capability in managing relationship-driven, long-cycle deals

This Role Is Not Suitable For

  • Agents dependent on portal-generated leads
  • Candidates without an active international investor network
  • Professionals without cross-border closing experience
  • Entry-level applicants or training-focused profiles
