Investment Consultant

Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Investments Manager/Consultant to spearhead our efforts in identifying, engaging, and closing investment opportunities with Private Investors, High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNI), Institutional Investors, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales and marketing acumen with a proven ability to cultivate investor relationships, close high-value deals, and contribute directly to the company’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth across targeted investor markets.
• Identify, approach, and convert new investment opportunities including HNIs, private investors, and institutional partners.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing investors.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to align investment and business development strategies.
• Lead negotiations and successfully close investment deals.
• Prepare and deliver compelling investor pitches, proposals, and presentations.
• Maintain and actively manage a strong investor pipeline using CRM tools.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and investor networking platforms.
• Monitor competitor activity, market shifts, and emerging trends to identify potential threats and opportunities.
• Provide regular performance reports, deal updates, and strategic insights to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 1-2years of proven experience in investments, fundraising, business development, or sales roles.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, investor behavior, and deal structuring.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated track record of building investor networks and achieving deal closures.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
