IT Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Manager to oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure, security, and cloud operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring system reliability, managing network and server environments, and leading IT modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Network Management

• Manage and maintain LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure
• Oversee multi-tenant environments for email and hosting
• Handle vendor management, budgeting, and IT strategy alignment

Systems & Cloud Administration

• Administer Windows/Linux servers and virtualization platforms
• Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange (Online & On-Prem), and Azure AD
• Lead system migrations (e.g., Domino to Microsoft 365) and decommission legacy systems

Security & Compliance

• Implement and manage firewalls, MFA, VPNs, and access controls
• Strengthen email and cloud security (DKIM, DMARC, anti-phishing measures)
• Conduct patch management, vulnerability assessments, and disaster recovery planning

Operations & Optimization

• Monitor system performance, backups, and disaster recovery readiness
• Optimize IT costs, licenses, and cloud resources
• Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams

Leadership & Support

• Provide technical guidance to team members
• Act as an escalation point for complex IT issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5–8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and systems administration
• Strong hands-on experience with firewalls (FortiGate or similar)
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Exchange Online
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate
• CCNA / CCNP
• Fortinet or equivalent certifications
