Junior BD Executive

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and clients.
• Explain company products/services and convert leads into opportunities.
• Maintain and update client databases (CRM).
• Assist in preparing proposals and follow-ups.
• Work closely with the senior BD team to achieve sales and performance targets.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all communications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in business development, telemarketing, or call center roles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
