Junior HRBP - Talent Acquisition

Job Description:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for all departments including job postings, CV shortlisting, interviews, and offer management.
  • Manage the Management Trainee Officer (MTO) Program, including hiring, onboarding, assessments, promotions, and grievance handling.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and manage the company’s LinkedIn presence to generate recruitment leads.
  • Coordinate with universities and organize job fairs and hiring events.
  • Prepare HR analytics reports on hiring, turnover, salary surveys, and recruitment initiatives.
  • Present quarterly HR dashboards to management.
  • Ensure structured orientation and onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Ensure all hiring documentation is completed according to company policies.

Job Specification:

Education: Graduation / MBA in Human Resource

Experience: 6–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HRBP roles in the textile or manufacturing industry.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask
  • Ability to analyze HR data and present actionable insights
