Lead Generation Specialist

We are a custom web & software development company helping businesses with websites, apps, and tailored software solutions. We’re looking for an experienced Outbound SDR / Lead Generation Specialist who can run the entire prospecting process from strategy to booked meetings — and also create engaging LinkedIn content to warm up our audience.

Your Role (End-to-End Prospecting)

  • Understand our services and value propositions.
  • Research & define ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
  • Build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools.
  • Execute outreach campaigns (LinkedIn + cold email).
  • Write personalized outreach messages (connection requests, follow-ups, emails).
  • Engage with prospects, handle objections, and keep conversations alive.
  • Create and suggest offers/entry points (e.g., free audits, strategy sessions, wireframe packages).
  • Book qualified meetings for our closer/SDR (you don’t attend calls).
  • Share client acquisition strategies/ideas with management.
  • Create LinkedIn posts (short, value-driven content to build trust and engage our network).
  • Post and engage consistently on LinkedIn to warm up audience/connections.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B LinkedIn outreach & cold email lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of ICP targeting & buyer personas.
  • Excellent written English & persuasive copywriting.
  • Experience writing LinkedIn posts or social content for B2B audiences.
  • Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly.ai, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar.
  • Strategic mindset: able to propose acquisition angles, not just execute scripts.
  • Resilient and organized — comfortable handling low response rates and staying consistent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
