Landlord & Agents Relationship Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact between landlords and agents regarding property viewings and availability.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with landlords to support satisfaction and trust.
Cold-Calling Experience
- Conducted high‑volume outbound calls to landlords in order to bring listing availabilities.
- Scheduled listing appointments and follow ups, maintaining an organized pipeline of warm and hot leads.
- Built rapport quickly using confident, friendly communication tailored to each landlord’s personality and needs.
- Ability to assess market pricing and recommend competitive listing prices to landlords if necessary.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and submit reports to line manager.
- Ensures all records are updated regularly in our internal database.
- Provide line manager with updates regarding the status of listings, landlords communications, and ongoing tasks.
- Uphold confidentiality and accuracy of all listing data records.
Market Knowledge & Compliance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market trends, pricing and developments.
- Awareness of new project launches or high demand property types like studios, villas, 1bhk, etc.
- Ensure all listings meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Familiarity with popular Abu Dhabi areas to know property demand levels.
- Maintains ethical standards and transparent communication throughout the transaction process.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field; Proven experience as a listing agent in Abu Dhabi.
- Prior experience as a tele-caller or call center agent is preferred.
- Fluency in English; Arabic speaker is mandatory.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
