Role Overview

The Luxury Real Estate Advisor will work with high‑net‑worth individuals, investors, and international clients seeking premium properties in Abu Dhabi. This role requires exceptional market knowledge, strong relationship‑building skills, and the ability to deliver a refined, client‑centric experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Metropolitan Capital in promoting and selling luxury properties across Abu Dhabi.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of high‑value clients, investors, and referral partners.
  • Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations with prospective buyers.
  • Provide expert guidance on market trends, investment opportunities, and new project launches.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, follow up on leads, and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with marketing, listings, and admin teams to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Attend property events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to expand your client base.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in a competitive, fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in luxury or high‑end segments.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client‑relationship skills.
  • Professional appearance and a polished, client‑focused approach.
  • Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s luxury property market is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred).
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus (Chinese, Russian, Arabic, etc.).
