Manager – STCF (Strategic Donor & Volunteer Partnerships) - 6 Months Contract

Description

Support and enable senior volunteers to build strong donor relationships and convert them into sustained funding for TCF.

• Ensures that fundraising is carried out in line with TCFs values, mission, vision and future plans
• Act as a strategic partner to senior volunteers
• Work closely with STCF volunteers to close high and mid -value opportunities
• Provide STCF with tools, insights, and support to maximize fundraising impact
• Coordinate and manage their pipeline, meetings, and follow-ups
• Use data to drive better targeting and conversion decisions

Education

Minimum graduation (4 years)

Experience

7+ years in fundraising, sales, fundraising or relationship management
