Marbles and Grante Sales Manager - (Salary + Commission)

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the granite and marble market segment.
  • Manage relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and distributors.
  • Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase available granite products and finishes.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to close profitable deals.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Track market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback for strategic positioning.
  • Maintain detailed records of inquiries, quotations, and sales in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and profitability targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in granite, marble, or building materials sales (minimum 5 to 15 years preferred).
  • Strong network of contacts within the construction and interior design industries.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Valid UAE driving license

Compensation:
