We are working on a major, high-impact mandate with a leading commerce player in Saudi Arabia. This is a serious platform at scale , and the role is designed for someone who knows how to build and dominate demand in a marketplace environment .

This is not brand marketing.

This is not just performance.

This is marketplace growth leadership , owning the full engine that drives GMV, liquidity, acquisition, and repeat behaviour .

We are specifically looking for commerce wizards from high-transaction, high-scale environments , operators who understand how marketplaces actually win, balancing supply, demand, pricing, conversion, and retention loops in real time.

Must-haves:

• Proven marketplace growth experience (non-negotiable)

You have operated in a true marketplace model, owning or heavily influencing GMV growth, buyer/seller dynamics, and demand flywheel performance . Amazon, Noon, Careem, HungerStation, Jahez, Talabat, or similar environments are highly relevant.

• Deep Saudi market expertise

You understand local consumer behaviour, trust drivers, payment preferences, and channel performance across KSA. You’ve built growth strategies specifically for this market, not globally adapted ones.

• Full-funnel ownership tied to revenue

You’ve owned CAC, conversion, retention, and lifecycle at scale , building repeat loops and sustainable growth engines, not just running campaigns.
