Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing diverse marketing functions, including business development, social media marketing, email campaigns, SEO, and design teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to execute innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage and grow the company’s presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Create and curate high-quality content (posts, videos, infographics) tailored to target audiences.
  • Monitor social media performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Design compelling email content and ensure timely delivery.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates) and refine strategies.
  • Maintain and segment email lists for targeted campaigns.
  • Oversee the SEO team to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
  • Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
  • Stay updated on SEO trends and algorithm changes to ensure best practices.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials (e.g., banners, brochures, ads).
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral.
  • Provide creative direction and feedback to the design team.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget.
  • Track and report on the ROI of marketing campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative marketing team culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on business development, social media, email campaigns, SEO, and design.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Google Ads).
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience in the software or tech industry is a plus.
