The Opportunity
Rosin Tech Labs is seeking a Marketing Manager to own and execute brand and trade marketing efforts. This is a hands-on, in-office role responsible for building brand awareness, supporting retail partner success, and driving product sell-through via thoughtful, compliant marketing initiatives across digital and wholesale channels.
The role partners closely with sales and product leadership to ensure campaigns, communications, and trade programs are well planned, clearly communicated, and effectively executed.
Immediate Impact
Launch Rosin Tech Labs' full-scale regional brand and trade marketing campaigns
Develop and execute a compliance-friendly digital and social media strategy
Build partnerships with retail accounts, local events, and community organizations across New Jersey
Manage trade promotions, retail activations, and product launches to drive sell-through and brand visibility
Support marketing initiatives for new product lines and market expansion
Oversee design, procurement, and inventory management of branded merchandise and promotional materials

What You'll Do
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with sales goals, seasonal priorities, and regulatory requirements
Plan and manage promotional calendars tied to product launches, retail activations, holidays, and sales initiatives
Coordinate campaign timelines from concept through execution, ensuring alignment across teams
Trade & Retail Partner Marketing
Own al trade marketing initiatives, including co-branded promotions, product launch support, and vendor activations with retail partners
Partner with sales leadership to ensure retail accounts are equipped with updated assets, point-of-sale materials, and promotional messaging
Oversee branded displays, merchandising materials, and promotional assets distributed to retail partners
Ensure consistency between brand messaging and materials provided to retail accounts
Customer & Partner Communications
Lead development and execution of outbound communications, including email and digital campaigns targeting both consumers and retail partners
Coordinate messaging for product launches, promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns across email, social, and wholesale channels
Ensure all communications are clear, timely, brand-aligned, and compliant
Digital & Brand Management
Manage social media and digital marketing efforts within New Jersey cannabis advertising regulations
Maintain consistent brand voice and visual standards across all channels
Manage product visibility and accuracy across digital platforms and wholesale listings
Community & Events
Track and report on campaign performance, including reach, engagement, and sales impact
Manage marketing budgets, vendors, and timelines
Ensure all marketing activities comply with New Jersey cannabis advertising regulations
What We're Looking For
Required
Must be 21 years of age or older
In-office availability in Fairfield, New Jersey (Monday-Friday), with occasional travel as needed
3-5 years of marketing experience (brand management, CPG, wholesale, or digital marketing)
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-building and campaign execution
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
Proficiency with digital marketing tools (social platforms, analytics, Canva/Adobe, etc.)
Preferred
Cannabis industry experience
Familiarity with New Jersy cannabis advertising regulations
Experience supporting wholesale or CPG trade marketing
Knowledge of METRC, seed-to-sale platforms, or wholesale ordering systems
Physical Requirements
In-office schedule with occasional evenings or weekends for events or activations
Regular use of computers, design software, and analytics tools
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (event and marketing materials)
