Qanzak Global is a brand strategy and marketing company that builds, launches, and scales consumer brands. We work across e-commerce, fashion, fitness, and lifestyle — handling everything from brand positioning and go-to-market strategy to full-funnel marketing execution.
We're growing our team and looking for a Marketing Manager to take full ownership of marketing for one of our premium activewear clients — a British fitness brand operating on a multi-sided commerce platform connecting direct consumers, resellers, wholesalers, and vendors.
This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role. You won't be writing strategy decks and handing them off. You'll be the one making it happen — every day, across every channel.
The Role
You will own the complete marketing function for a premium UK activewear brand — from social media and influencer management to paid advertising, B2B partner recruitment, content strategy, email marketing, and event coordination.
The brand has the product, the platform, and the plan. We need someone who can execute it relentlessly and drive real, measurable growth.
What You'll Be DoingBrand & Social Media
- Own and manage all social media channels: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook
- Plan, create, and schedule content across all platforms (5+ posts/week on Instagram, 5–7 TikToks/week, daily Stories)
- Build and maintain the content calendar aligned with brand content pillars
- Grow social following to 75,000+ across all platforms within 12 months
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
Influencer & Ambassador Programme
- Recruit, manage, and grow a network of 50–100 nano and micro influencers (1K–50K followers)
- Daily outreach: identify, vet, and DM potential brand ambassadors across UK fitness communities
- Manage influencer relationships, product gifting, discount codes, and commission tracking
- Repurpose influencer content for brand channels and paid ad creative
- Build and maintain the ambassador community (WhatsApp/Discord groups)
Paid Advertising
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta (Instagram + Facebook), TikTok, Google, and LinkedIn
- Manage monthly ad budgets with a target ROAS of 3:1
- Build and manage retargeting funnels, lookalike audiences, and conversion campaigns
- Run A/B tests on creative, copy, and audience targeting
- Report on ad performance weekly with actionable insights
Email Marketing & CRM
- Build and manage email automation flows: welcome series, abandoned cart recovery, post-purchase, win-back, loyalty
- Plan and send 2–3 campaign emails per week
- Segment audiences and personalise messaging for maximum engagement
- Target: 25%+ open rate, 3.5%+ click rate
B2B Marketing & Partner Recruitment
- Drive reseller and wholesaler recruitment through LinkedIn, direct outreach, trade shows, and content marketing
- Create and manage B2B marketing materials: landing pages, partner info packs, case studies, demo videos
- Attend fitness industry events and trade shows to generate B2B leads
- Support partner onboarding and produce monthly partner newsletters
- Target: 50 active resellers and 15 wholesalers within 12 months
SEO & Content Marketing
- Write and publish 2–4 blog articles per month targeting long-tail keywords in the fitness and activewear space
- Optimise product pages and site content for search
- Build organic traffic through consistent, high-quality content
Events & Pop-Ups
- Plan and coordinate pop-up events in key UK cities
- Manage event logistics and on-site brand experience
- Coordinate brand presence at fitness events and sponsorships
Reporting & Strategy
- Track and report on all marketing KPIs weekly and monthly
- Provide data-driven recommendations for budget allocation and strategy adjustments
- Conduct quarterly strategic reviews against targets
- Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities
What We're Looking ForMust-Haves
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally in fashion, fitness, activewear, or e-commerce
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts and managing influencer programmes
- Hands-on experience running paid ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google with measurable ROAS
- Strong understanding of email marketing and automation (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, SendGrid, or similar)
- Experience with B2B marketing, lead generation, or partner recruitment
- Excellent copywriting skills — you can write a DM, an ad, a blog post, and an email subject line that converts
- Data-driven mindset — comfortable with analytics, reporting, and making decisions based on numbers
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage their own time
- Genuine interest in fitness, gym culture, or activewear
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in the UK fitness or activewear industry specifically
- Video content creation skills (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom builds)
- Understanding of SEO and content marketing strategy
- Experience managing events, pop-ups, or trade show presence
- Existing network of fitness influencers or industry contacts in the UK
