Mill Processing Executive

Education:- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Technology

• Certifications in textile processing or fabric finishing will be a plus

Experience:- 2–4 years of relevant experience in fabric processing within a textile mill environment

Job Description:-

• Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of fabric processing (dyeing, washing, finishing, etc.)
• Ensure that all processing parameters are met according to product specifications and quality standards
• Coordinate with the production, quality control, and planning teams for smooth workflow
• Maintain processing records and production logs for internal tracking and audits
• Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce wastage
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations
• Identify process-related issues and work with the technical team for timely resolution
• Supervise processing workers and provide training or guidance as required
• Hands-on experience in working with processing machines and production lines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
