Operational Supervisor

• Plan, organize, and manage operational activities to achieve business goals.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including logistics, production, customer service, and administrative functions.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality.
• Monitor performance metrics and use data-driven analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and cost control to optimize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and internal policies.
• Lead and motivate a team of supervisors and staff, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, HR, finance, and IT to align operations with company objectives.
• Identify and implement process improvements and technology upgrades.
