Partnerships Executive – Gift Cards


About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Partnerships Executive – Gift Cards to support the growth of our Shukran Gift Cards business across physical, digital, and partner channels. This role will have a strong focus on expanding B2B sales while ensuring seamless execution, partner coordination, and program operations. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Growth

  • Support the delivery of sales and revenue targets across consumer, B2B, digital, and partner channels.
  • Drive B2B growth by identifying and approaching corporate clients, aggregators, and distributors.
  • Prepare and coordinate proposals, offers, and presentations for corporate and partner clients.
  • Maintain the sales pipeline, account activity, and performance dashboards.

Partnership Coordination

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with partners, with close management of B2B and corporate clients.
  • Support onboarding and integration of new partners, ensuring timely documentation and system setup.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Legal on contracts, invoicing, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor partner sales performance and provide feedback for improvements.

Marketing & Promotions

  • Collaborate with Marketing to implement campaigns that boost gift card awareness and sales.
  • Support execution of seasonal, tactical, and partner-specific promotions (online & in-store).
  • Track campaign effectiveness and share insights to optimize future activities.

Program Operations

  • Support daily operations of the gift card program (issuance, redemption, reporting, reconciliations).
  • Assist with product enhancements, launches, and loyalty/payment system integrations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Customer Care, Marketing) to resolve issues.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and report on key metrics: sales, redemptions, breakage, and channel performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize B2B sales and overall growth.
  • Maintain dashboards, trackers, and competitor/market insights.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, sales support, business development, or program management (preferably in retail, e-commerce, payments, or loyalty).
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills with the ability to engage corporate clients and partners.
  • Excellent coordination skills with cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, IT, Legal).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and share actionable insights.
  • Self-starter with attention to detail and a passion for driving results.
