Patient Service Representative

HMT as a recruitment agency, we are actively seeking an experienced Customer Services Representative/ Patient Service Representative (PSR) on behalf of one of our clients. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in advancing our mission by aligning with our core values. Location: Pakistan (Remote)

Timing: US Central Timings (6pm -3am PST)

Role and Responsibilities:

• You will be scheduling/canceling the appointments.
• Recalling patients to schedule the future appointments.
• Responding to them via email or live chat option and helping patients to connect with the provider.
• You would have to complete the patients file in the EMR system and upload the documents before their first appointment.
• You will be communicating with other team members to forward requests and resolve patients' concerns regards to any department.
• PSR will be the first interaction with the patient so its important to have good communication skills with a better understanding.
• Behavior should be welcoming to give them the best experience with the facility.

Qualification:

• Have experience for US/UK based Call Centre of HealthCare facilities.
• Should be aware of HIPPA.
• Job Type: Full-time
• US/UK based call center for healthcare: 2 years (Preferred)
