As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/Patient Service Representative (PSR) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments accurately and efficiently.
• Contact patients to arrange follow-up and future appointments.
• Respond to patient inquiries via email, live chat, and other communication channels, assisting them in connecting with the appropriate healthcare provider.
• Complete and maintain patient records in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, ensuring all required documentation is uploaded before the initial appointment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to route requests and resolve patient concerns by coordinating with the appropriate departments.
• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing a warm, professional, and welcoming experience through excellent communication and customer service.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of HIPAA regulations and ensure patient confidentiality and privacy are protected at all times.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
