Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing ad campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads with a focus on the USA audience.
• Develop and manage paid media strategies to achieve ROI, ROAS, and CPA goals.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to improve performance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, generate performance reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective ad creatives and landing pages.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in performance marketing.
• Manage monthly ad budgets and ensure efficient allocation to maximize conversions.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience managing high-budget performance marketing campaigns in the USA market.
• Proven track record of driving measurable results through Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
• In-depth understanding of conversion tracking, pixel setup, and attribution models.
• Experience with eCommerce, lead generation, and retargeting strategies.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet performance goals.
